This privacy notice explains how SAVE Project Services Ltd ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects personal data when you visit this website or contact us. We are the data controller for the purposes of the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What personal data we collect
We only collect personal data you voluntarily provide through our contact form or by emailing us directly. This is limited to:
- Your name
- Your company or organisation
- Your email address
- Your phone number (optional)
- The content of your message

Lawful basis for processing
We process contact form submissions on the basis of our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR) in responding to business enquiries. If you are a prospective or existing client, we may also process your data under Article 6(1)(b) (performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps).
How we use your data
We use the personal data you provide only to:
- Respond to your enquiry
- Discuss potential or ongoing work with you
- Keep a record of our correspondence for business continuity
We do not use your data for marketing without your explicit consent, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising.
How long we keep your data
We retain contact-form submissions and related correspondence for 2 years from the date of last contact, after which records are securely deleted. If you become a client, contractual and legal retention periods apply (typically 6–7 years for financial records).
Who we share your data with
We do not sell personal data. Limited data-processing providers we rely on to run this website:
- Formspree (contact form delivery) — data sent via our form is routed through Formspree, which forwards it to us by email. See Formspree's privacy policy.
- Google Fonts (font delivery) — may record your IP address when fonts are requested. See Google's privacy policy.
- Plausible Analytics (privacy-first, cookieless analytics) — no personal data is collected. See Plausible's data policy.
- Vercel (website hosting) — standard server logs may record IP addresses for security purposes.
International transfers
Some of the providers above process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses to ensure your data is protected to UK standards.
Your rights
Under the UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request erasure of your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Restrict processing of your data
